About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Darnell Pools handles information through this website, its estimate request forms, and its invitation-only team portal. It does not describe the separate practices of third-party websites you choose to visit.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate or backyard walkthrough, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, project type, intended start timing, preferred contact time, and preferred contact method. If you choose a specific contact time, that time is included. The current public request form does not ask for an email address.
We also save the page from which the request was submitted, a request identifier to avoid duplicates, and record timestamps. Team accounts use email addresses, authentication credentials, profiles, and invitation and access records to operate the private portal.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss your pool project, arrange an estimate or walkthrough, and manage follow-up. We use your stated phone or text preference to guide our response. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list.
Team account information supports sign-in, invitations, password changes, and authorized lead management. Request identifiers help prevent duplicate records and notifications.
Service providers and team access
Authorized Darnell Pools team members can review inquiries through the private portal. New inquiry details are also sent by email to active team members using Resend.
Lovable Cloud provides website-related infrastructure, lead storage, and team authentication. Resend processes notification emails. Hosting, image delivery, and font providers may process technical request information when your browser loads the website. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the website, our customers, or our business.
Browser storage and external links
The team portal uses browser storage to maintain authenticated sessions. Website hosting and service providers may process technical logs for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other external destinations take you to services with their own privacy and cookie practices. A social link is not an embedded social feed. If analytics, advertising tools, or other tracking features are added to this website, this policy should be updated to describe their use and any applicable choices.
Retention and security
Inquiry and team information is stored to support project conversations, account administration, and business recordkeeping. There is no automatic lead-deletion schedule currently configured on this website.
Access controls restrict private lead and team information to authorized accounts. No website, storage system, or email service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive financial, medical, or identity-document information through an estimate request.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct inquiry information, stop contacting you about an inquiry, or review a request to access or delete your information by contacting Darnell Pools. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping require it. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the law.
You can manage browser storage through your browser settings. Removing authentication storage may sign you out of the team portal.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for homeowners and adult project decision-makers, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
We revise this policy when website practices change. The last-updated date reflects the latest policy revision. Review this page periodically for the current explanation of our practices.
